We LOVE Simon Jewelers! George is wonderful - he is fair and does excellent work. I have two custom made pieces, both of which are beautiful and of high quality. George referred me to another jeweler for a watch repair since he knew the other jeweler was more experienced with the issue I had, immediately impressing me with his honesty. George is always willing to customize pieces in his store and his turn-around time is awesome. He truly wants his customers to be happy with his pieces and will repair/tweak until they are perfect. My wife had a very sentimental setting given to her that she wanted to redesign and add stones from her own rings, to create a very new and unique piece. The setting she was given would not accommodate her idea, but George took the time to design a new setting, with the characteristics of the older piece, but so much better. I went to George for an engagement ring, he made the process extremely simple and stress free. He did not try to sell me on anything just to sell it. I did not feel pressured at all during the process to have to buy one ring over another, he wanted me to get what was best for what I was looking for.
