I absolutely LOVE Mini Beauty! Before my visit, I'd never gotten lash extensions, so this was my very first time. I decided to get lash extensions because I was going to Thailand for my honeymoon and didn't want to deal with wearing make up since it's so hot there. I booked my appointment through Yelp. When I got there, I had a consultation with Lynn. She was very thorough and informative. I was nervous about the process, because I have very sensitive, easily irritated eyes. However, the process couldn't have went smoother! Yoyo was my technician, and she was amazing! They were playing some nice soft music in the background, and I fell asleep. Would rate 0 stars if possible- came in twice with a lash map that showed what I wanted- first time I had plead with the lash tech just to follow the lash map & was charged 130!! For a full set, being told next time I’d pay 80-95… only for the tech to start working on me and then suddenly stop and tell me she couldn’t do a fill, ONLY full set (130) or I couldn’t get the style I wanted( very simple cat eye kitten lash). They need to work better at communication and figure out how to do fills bc you shouldn’t need a fresh set every single time. Clean, very professional and my lashes look amazing! I booked this service last week and got the mink lashes. Once you come in you're given a consultation form and the lash technician goes over the lash types and the styles. Since it was my first time I chose the natural style.
