Cleanliness: 5 stars. You serve yourself your portions of food before you hand it to the cook. The buffet area was very clean and well maintained. No food cross contamination. Someone was attentive to keep the area organized and well stocked.

Staff/Service: 5 stars. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked if it was my first time there, it was, so I was then explained how the food is prepared and what my options were for take-away. Once seated my cup never went empty and the owner/manager made sure to ask me how my food was and if I needed anything.

Food: 5 stars. Ive had my share of Mongolian beef at the mall, but the quality here surpasses that of any place Ive ever been to before. The meat, importantly, did not have any freezer burn. There were multiple options for type of meat, lots of veggies to choose from, sauces and spices. My order came with white rice, egg drop/corn soup and a sesame flatbread. It was all very delicious and fresh!

All of this, including a drink during their lunch period set me back less than $20 (including tax)!

This place serves all-you-can-eat Mongolian BBQ, if you are in the mood for some meat and vegetables with noodles and rice I recommend it. You can fill a bowl with frozen chicken, beef, turkey, or lamb, pile on veggies and leave out the ones you don't want, drown it in sauce and flavoring, and then fill a second bowl with noodles and watch the cook fry it all together. When you get back to your table, there will be rice, egg drop soup, and fresh pocket bread waiting (rip the bread in half and stuff it with your BBQ like a pita, you can ask for more pocket bread if one isn't enough for you).

Funky interior that has gotten better recently, the location was a pizza place in a past life /decade and it took them forever to replace the bench seating and paint the walls something that wasn't dingy yellow, the only remnant are the gave - card themed hanging lamps.

They offer takeout by the ounce, which may disappoint you if you went back in the days when a lunch special was whatever you could smash into a single bowl, but the food is just as good as ever. I plan on...
