About 2 weeks ago. I called Lingerie Dept. Spoke with manager- Tami and I inquired if they did breast measurements. She said they did. The day I went to be measured. Tami the manager wasn't in. Another employee Victoria told me they didn't do measurements just fittings. I should've left then. Instead, Victoria directed me to a display of black, lacy, see- thru bras, stating that these particular bras were used during the covid pandemic. Very Disturbing. Why would they still have those bras in inventory? Why did she find it necessary to tell me this? THIS IS A SAFETY RISK AND HEALTH HAZARD! Yet, I stayed. Victoria then proceeded to try on me over 30 bras!!! in different sizes and styles. Until, she found one that fit. It was quite obvious this woman didn't have one clue about what she was doing. I said I couldn't afford one that day. She said she had bras on clearance and brings me one for $38.00 when there were others priced at $21.00. I purchased it and later I returned it to the store. When I did. She embarrassed me in front the manager Tami, by expressing to that after the fiasco of bras she tried on me that I shouldn't be returning it. I was so disgusted by the way I was treated. Especially when the manager allowed her to treat me this way. Get a New job Victoria. Tami because its obvious you both don't have enough intelligence to treat a customer...

I recently purchased two perfumes from Dillard's on August 19th as gifts. Unfortunately, upon opening one of the perfumes, I discovered it was empty. I returned to the store and spoke with the fragrance sales associate, who escorted me to the manager.
The manager and another associate inspected the perfume and suggested that it might have been tampered with or opened. I took offense to the implication that I might have been responsible for the empty perfume, and I expressed my disappointment with the handling of the situation. While the store did offer to replace the empty perfume, I was unimpressed with the professionalism displayed by the staff. The manager's comments about frequent theft of sample perfumes came across as dismissive and unhelpful. I suggested that the store might benefit from reviewing their inventory management and security procedures. Despite the resolution, my overall experience was marred by the perceived lack of professionalism and courtesy. I hope that the store will take steps to improve their customer service and product handling...
Read moreAh, retail therapy, the age-old solution to modern problems! It's like a band-aid for the soul, except instead of healing a cut, it's supposed to mend the woes of a bad day with the magical power of a new pair of shoes or that gadget you've been eyeing for weeks. It's the act of shopping to fill the void, where the void is your closet, and the filling is everything on sale. Studies suggest that over half of Americans engage in retail therapy, which makes you wonder if shopping malls are the new therapists' offices. And why not? They're open longer hours, have better lighting, and let's face it, a shopping bag never judges you for your life choices. But beware, my fellow shopaholics, for the line between a harmless spree and a shopping addiction is as thin as the receipt for that espresso machine you bought but never used. So, next time you're feeling down and reach for your wallet, remember that while money can't buy happiness, it can buy chocolate, and that's pretty close. Just make sure to keep your receipts, because unlike therapy sessions, at least...
