I went in to grab a wireless GameCube controller. They only had off brand in stock. I asked the clerk if there were any issues with the off brand as I had read reviews that there were issues with certain games. He assured me there were no issues with the controller, so I purchased it....sure enough, it did not work with my eternal darkness game. I went back to return it to exchange for a wired one but was met with opposition. No returns apparently. Even though I specifically asked about the functionality of the controller with my game beforehand. He tested the controller with another game and claimed it works perfectly...I proceeded to tell him it doesn't work with all games...he said I would have to bring in my game and test it there...but still no refunds so why would I go through the trouble??? I bought a wired one now out the cost of two, left the wireless one there at the store since it was useless to me and left. The wired off brand one worked without any issue. I will not procure any product from this store ever again. I was in there the day before, I'm obviously not a scammer, was just expecting basic return policies from a local vendor especially after specifically asking about the product's possible deficiency. If I could give then 0 stars I would...

In response to the owner response blaming my experience on dying batteries...I tried 6 different pairs before returning it to your store, from a newly purchased package. It wasn't the batteries...yes I left an older pair in there when I returned it...doesn't change your non existent return policy or customer blaming in store. That's great that it worked for your copy of the game, still didn't work for mine, still had to pay again for another controller...still no refund on...

I just have to be honest I like the atmosphere of the place but not good service. I went about 3 weeks ago on a Wednesday or Thursday. Ask do they have any Nintendo 64. Guy said we fresh out but I'm order more next week Alright cool no problem. So I ask how much will everything be with the 64 and the games that I want with it? He gave me a figure no problem. He took down my name, number, email and said when it comes I give you a call no problem. As well as saying do you want to pay for it now or later? I said I'll pay later once you order it and it in the store. He said cool not a problem. Next week come which I know they close on Monday and Tuesday, I called Wednesday (week later)which it took them 30-40 min to answer the phone had to call 5 time before they finally picked up. Ask if he had got a chance to look up and order he said naw but I'm going too I'll call you once I do. So I'm like ok well I can see that cause they been closed etc etc. NEVER heard back from the shop!! I ended up finding a GREAT website that a friend Highly recommended to use. Which I did and got all I was looking for and my Nintendo 64 and the 5 games came last week and been playing it since. You don't do business like that, if you say you going to do something then DO IT or keep folks posted! I'm give this a 1 star. Now if you already got your game system and just looking for game in the store then cool but to actually order something I would not recommended. Suck cause I like to help out small business...

All around horrible store now, shame as the old location and owner were great when they first opened years ago. This new location is dirty, dark, and disorganized mess of junk and neglected gaming equipment. Worse of all whoever is running this place can't figure out what exactly they have half the time. Tried to buy a 3DS game with no price visable, asked for help and a lady came by and couldnt figure it out and had to "look it up". She passed the checkout to someone else and I paid 15.99 dollars for the game, when they handed it over I flipped it over and a price tag of 13.99 was on the back and returned it right away. Though only two dollars difference and the person checking out had some excuse about listing a different games price, it all seems quite shady and dishonest as most of the items in store dont have a visable price. Save your money and go to Rage Quit Games...
