I went to the store at the mall in Sierra Vista Az and asked about ordering a ring set I saw online. To sum things up I was talked into buying something from the store instead of having to order the ring. A few hours later I figured I would return the ring from the store and go with my first choice online. The guy working there was rude about having to return it. Didn't seem like he wanted to help me at all after that. When I asked him to order the ring for me he said it would be about a week, which is fine, but I had to ask him if he wanted my information to call me when the ring got to the store. My gut feeling was right because he never ordered the ring or called me. I had to order the ring myself and now have to go get it sized. After the clerk again said let do this for you while you look at some earrings I finally said okay. She returned the ring to me and Ieft. Once I got home and started dinner I noticed that a diamond was missing. I looked in my car and went back in the store. I asked do you have my diamond from my ring? The clerk looked and found it in the shaker. I had them repair and set the diamond. What I know is that a ring needs to be looked before cleaning and after cleaning. This was not done.
