I am a beginner when it comes to weightlifting! I was so intimidated my first week at LFT - not because anyone made me feel that way, but for me it’s just the insecurity that comes with trying something new!
The coaches helped me overcome my insecurities, fears and have safely pushed me to limits I’ve never been pushed to before! The people, atmosphere and my weightlifting progress has caused me to absolutely love this gym!
They have also helped me with modifications so that I don’t get injured, at the same time they have helped me to be independent! They don’t baby you but they are also not scary and mean - I hope that helps to anyone considering :) I promise it’s not as intimidating as it looks!
