I started CrossFit 5150 at the age of 58 years old and still doing it at 68 years old. The gym is very clean and all the equipment is wiped down after each workout. It feels very safe in the gym. I won’t lie, it will be hard at the beginning but if you keep at it, your cardio will improve and you will get stronger. The coaches go over all the workout movements each day even if we already know them. They will also keep you engaged and most likely not let you stop working.
