Came thru the drive thru at this location and was told to "hold on" by a what sounded like a young girl working the drive thru, although I didn't see any other cars in line. I really didn't think anything of it until I waited over 5 minutes without hearing anything so I said, "hello?" And she quickly responded with, "JUST HOLD ON 1 MORE MINUTE!!" š¤Øšš¤ So I did and she eventually came back and said "what can I get for you?!" So I gave her my order and proceeded to drive up to the window to get my food and there's a dark colored car parked in front of me, next to the drive thru window and I can see the girl worker talking to whoever is in the car... I sat there waiting over 15 minutes for this car to pull forward and they all acted like I didn't exist! I tried honking to see why it was taking so long to no avail.... So I proceeded to BACK OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU SINCE THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME REFUSED TO MOVE AND CONTIUED TO CHIT CHAT WITH THE GIRL WORKING!!! IT WAS SO RUDE!! I have never EVER experienced anything like this in ANY DRIVE THRU!!!!! I ended up having to drive to another del taco location because I had already told my friends to tell me what they wanted so not only did it waste my time, it also made me waste money in gas driving to the other del tacoš”š¤ I never got the girls name working but I seriously doubt she will keep a job treating customers this way! It was definitely one of the strangest experiences I've ever had going to a "fast food"...

My most recent visit to Del Taco was a terrible experience with the drive-thru employee who had a (horrible attitude) and wasn't customer friendly at all (like he was angry for not getting a break or something) and the wait time to order and recieve my order afterwards was probably around 20 minutes. I couldn't leave because of vehicles in front and back of my vehicle so I turned my vehicle off several times while in the drive-thru line to preserve gasoline. I won't support this location anymore and probably the other locations as well over this negative experience.
