I had a very unhappy experance. I went in for chicken strips and found a bag for 5.25 . when they were ring up it came to 9.00 + . I said to the cashier are you sure because the price tag said 5.25. The cashier said I have to see where you got them. She went back with me , saw all the bags of chicken strips under the price tag of 5.25 and started moving all of them down to another place. they belong here she said. I said yes but when I went to buy them I was under the impression that that were 5.25 . the chashier said they were put there by the gender. I asked to speak to her mananger. I explained the whole thing to the manager and said I should be given the product for the 5.25 price because that was the price they were all under. The manager said no I cannot do that because there is a 4 dollar difference. All I can do is let you talk to my manager. I said well all I can do is place my story on Facebook. Then the manager started yelling at me at the top of her voice following me out of the store still yelling at me. I went to City Market where I found a bag of chicken strips for less 4 00+ bought them and everyone was kind and polite. The Dollar General Store Manager was only concerned about herself . every sent sentence started with I me my. There was little concern for the customer. I will not be going back there. Showed cashier my app with name and asked for discounts. They can't do that gotta have the DC's but since they have no cell reception in the store, I should go out on the parking lot and try , then come back in. ?????? Like really?... Their store is a mess. I wasted my time walking around in a maze of disorganized stuff in the isles, and in my opinion is dirty... I will never go there again.......
