I was very excited to book an appointment given all of the positive reviews. I booked two appointments on the booking site, the appointments were accepted only to receive a call 10 min before my appointment that she would be unable to service me. The times listed on Google and the available times on her site are completely different. While people make mistakes, instead of attempting to rectify the situation, she insisted I was wrong.

I was looking for somewhere new to get my pedicure (tired of the chop shops) and found Alba. Her attention to detail was out of this world, she even bought new nude/neutral colors to better match my skin tone (i’m black darkskin).
