This used to be my favorites stop before somebody's birthday event, they have a great selection of nicely prep desserts. I came here more than a handful of times and even 2 minutes before the door closes. I made it in 10 minutes before the store closing, and ask them to substitute one of the flavors out of their four mandatory assortments.this so-called cashier gave me a whole spiel about how she can't take out one of the flavors from the assortment package that I had to place a custom order online and it won't be completed tonight. For working with me in the past and doing it before to asking a coworker before asking a manager and spend more time asking people why she can do it versus building the box with one extra row of lemon,..... I mean do you just have assortment boxes already packed in the back sitting around all day long or do you build each one by hand? I just picked 2 dozen bundtinis for my son’s birthday. Since the store opens at 9:30am and I have to be at my son’s school by 10:00am, I asked the Manager to pay for an extra box so that I can put the cakes I was planning to take home. She came up with unbelievable stories to explain why she couldn’t sell me an empty box. One of them being that the kids, teachers of parents might see that there were less than 12 bundtinis in each box, and that might be a problem because they might request to buy less than 12 bundtinis and they only sell it by the dozen. I explained to her that the birthday is at school and I am just going to give 1 bundtini and 1 juice to each kid and the teacher and leave. No one has time to count how many bundtinis are in each box. She still refused to sell me the box. I buy all my birthday cakes here so to say I was disappointed by the Manager’s behavior is an understatement. Wow, unbelievable! Very bad...
