We purchased a large sideboard that was damaged in delivery. There was an attempt to get a replacement ordered from the supplier but the replacement wasn't the same as what we purchased. And all that took almost a year. We asked for small compensation to pursue getting repairs done ourselves and there was no flexibility whatsoever. After over a year and a half of back and forth we still have a broken sideboard. In all we've spent around $4000 in their store and all we got was the runaround. They have not responded to the most recent emails so we figure we're out of luck with a broken sideboard. If your item is damaged in anyway you're on your own. Once they have your money you won't get anything back under any circumstances. The customer service in that regard is really poor and disappointing. Had I just bought something at Pottery Barn any issues would have been resolved or at least some kind of compensation for a damaged piece would have been made. But I like to support local businesses. For as expensive as this shop is, they're policies should be much much better. For sure we won't be back, and it's a pity, we still need more furniture to buy. I would give negative stars if it...
Read morePlease dont spend you hard -earned money at Eclectic Home Furnishings. After purchasing a new $3600 sofa only to discover the day we brought it home that it had a broken frame, and feet (likely freight damaged) that Eclectic neglected/failed to notice but swore they would fix rather than replace- now over a year of trying to work with/ and finally losing all patience with Eclectic Home Furnishings lies and blls*t- We still have a broken $3600 sofa that they have yet to repair, and Eclectic wont even return a phone call. These guys are dishonest, complete schisters, con artists, very unprofessional, and will not stand behind anything they sell. Dont be fooled! I should have gone to Arnold's and I would have been treated right. Rest assured I WILL BE SUING THEM!! And I hope they see this review...BEWARE OF...
Read moreSuper disappointed with this stores warranty policy. We bought a custom made couch (I believe it’s Stanton Brand) here five years ago. We have had numerous problems with the recliner mechanical portions and the materials wearing too fast and ripping. One year of owning the couch I called them to have these things fixed (through warranty) and it took me calling them non stop over a course of six months. They have a super high turnover for management which doesn’t help. It was finally fixed for the same problems to start up again. When I called to talk to someone about this warranty not one person bothered to call back. I will not do what I did last time. Really bad business. We will not be going back...
