Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Silverdale

Usually don’t have problems at this location until last night. Phoned in an order and was told to pick it up in 20-30 minutes. From the beginning Was chased down and yelled at for going straight to the food court, ok understood apologized. Then when I went up to the window after I paid and again phoned in order. I got yelled at that they don’t call out names for phone orders anymore and my receipt was snatched out of my hand. She said my number would be called as I’m trying to ask if that means I’ll have to wait another 30 minutes in store I get cut off by the rude lady and she starts yelling names and numbers of pizzas that are ready! So much for not calling out names anymore. She grabbed a pizza from the top and threw it on the counter said here you go. Went to the other side to get chicken bake and she yells guess you don’t want your chicken bake as she’s waving it. The attitude was completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Not sure if she was having a bad day or busy. Not sure if she’s racist whatever it is customer service sucks here....

Finger-shaped indents were in two of my slices, on two whole pepperoni, still ate 'em but it looks like someone's just pushing down the dough bubbles with their fingers.

Tried to give me a waiting hotdog that was there before I arrived, or "it'll be 15 minutes for a fresh one." so I took it, also received one melted chocolate sundae from someone else's order, and half-melted chocolate sundae from the freezer. Ice and spoons were gone. I was under the impression Costco spared no expense at hiring people, I've seen better food prep from $7 fast food employees in years gone by. Tasted...

Pizzas are cheap and delicious. $9.99 for their pizzas, and they're HUGE. They're bound to last for at least a couple of days. It's quite a bargain.

They also have frozen yogurt you can get, and that's about $2 or so. Don't quote me on that. Feel free to give them a call (you can get their phone # through Google) and ask them for prices if you'd like.

I would recommend going, given you have a Costco membership. I'm a bit iffy if you do need a membership as I have never been stopped by the door checkers when getting just food from the...
