The anchor store is HyVee Grocery store which is a very large store with a complete line of groceries. Their meats are good quality and their produce selection is super and always fresh. In addition to the typical grocery items, the smell from the bakery will entice you on entering as does the aroma of fresh cooked Chinese takeout and pizza. In the Spring and summer months they also have a wonderful garden center with not only flowers but shrubs, trees, landscaping materials and of course vegetable plants. Also in the plaza is a Dollar General, an office of the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles, and a Quick Cash store. Just around the curve of the access road is an Auto Zone and a Kubota tractor dealer. Was only here to correct my state I'd. I have shopped at this hyvee-nice. Been wanting to check out 5 below but not today. Dmv as confusing as ever. Website says $5 to correct ID, cashier says $10, Oops no $11 now for some unknown charge. Rules state one statement but eeveryone interpets differant. Good Ole State of Illinois never a black and white answer. Wish I'd have relocated many years ago. Thank God for the legalization of weed just so we can laugh at the way our great stae is so confusing and unable to truly disclose ONE set price. Hy-Vee has bingo Monday nights from 6 to 8 they play songs, instead of calling numbers. It doesn't matter if you don't recognize the song they will tell you at the end of the song. The prizes are random I won a big container of Cheetos. You have the choice of trading your prize for the mystery box. I usually trade mine, because I like to here the mystery box song and everyone sings it, and waves there arms.
