Walgreens — Local services in East Moline

I am finally done. This walgreens has been going down hill for years. I have held on because they have a couple of really helpful even when corporate isn't. Mohammed is always so helpful and kind. Takes time to answer questions and find information. After my experience today and over the last couple of weeks I am moving my prescriptions. I have been chasing one prescription for weeks. My doctor has re written it based on Walgreens information just to find out they don't actually carry what they say they do. My insurance isn't covering what they said they would. Then after 4 changes they were saying negative things about my Dr. The pharmacy tech kept jumping in and correcting me rudely and wrongly. The new "pharmacy manager" was more focused on blaming me or my Dr and making sure we knew her large new title than being helpful in anyway. The 2 of them together were like some mean girls club who were excited to tell me my prescription haaas to be ordered in, isnt ready, that my Dr. Doesnt work for Walgreens so she wouldn't know anything, and just lying about who I did or didn't speak to. Called to check on status of a prescription and it said "ready for pickup anytime after 11am" message also stated that pharmacist takes a meal break from 11-11:30am on weekdays. Arrived to pickup the medication around 11:35 and was told it would be 20 min, explained that I needed to be walking out of there by 11:50 to get home so my husband could leave for work. Ended up having to leave without the medication. Came back at 1:15pm to be told that it is ready, but they can't give it to me because there is a note that I need to talk to the pharmacist and they are on their meal break. I have been a loyal walgreens customer for over 10 years,This walgreens has messed up my prescription order FOUR months in a row. Since i am only using two prescriptions a month,I figured how bad could it be, this walgreens is worse than mcdonalds,at least at Mcdonalds they are not rude, 13 minute wait to speak to a rep,then given false info. regarding when and if prescription would be filled, It would not be so bad but this month i actually was speaking to the store pharmiscist,RUDE,RUDE,RUDE, Yes iwill keep going back to mickey dees as you at least get friendley servic and 40 percent of getting what you ordered,Please read other reviews!!!!!!
