This place is amazing until it comes to the auto motive department. Very rude under qualified employee’s. Went in to get new tires and a alignment done. They put on the new tires then said I had to come back for the wheel-bearings to be replaced. Which I did of course… After a week of driving it starts to squeak at every turn and bump and steering wheel is also crooked. Knowing that the alignment wasn’t correct. Tires were not balanced correctly and the new wheel bearings were squeaking. I took it back in good faith asking the to recheck my alignment and see why my wheel bearings are squeaking. I got a rude employee instead telling me it’s bouncy and squeaking bc the truck is settling.. and they can’t check my alignment due to my tie-rod being broke now. Mind you this is a month after they worked on my truck. After asking questions about all the excuses they had bc I have already been under it and had it looked at and knowing everything they was telling me was a lie. They employee started arguing with me, getting frustrated and huffed at me. Clearly he was irate with me because I knew he was wrong. Also they didn’t have time.    Read moreWas impressed at first not so much anymore, their customer service is pathetic to say the least, on two trips to this store I have waited in a line to get to the counter only to be told this line is closed I'm not taking customers, on one of those occasions they helped the person behind me after My wife and I got out of line ,I almost flipped out at that point but bit my tongue ,then today I go same get up there this lane is closed not taking anymore customers so I jump to the next line over and they couldn't make change for the customer in front of me so they summoned a manager and we waited and waited and waited none seemed to give a damn ,so I got out of line and left my cart of things I thought I needed ,but I dont at least not from this store ,or franchise. Fed up with pathetic customer service,maybe if your going to build a store this big you should try hiring some help to run it starting with a manager for the registers to call people up from other parts of the store to help check people out we dont want to stand in line all day some of us have disabilities that make...
   Read morefirst time buying something at fleet farm and the payment system kept messing up...The employee kept giving me the dumbest of advice that was not useful in solving the problem... I literally had to look at her and tell her thank you for your suggestions but that's not what the problem is... I inserted my credit cards chip into the reader and have to authorize the purchase on the payment screen... but the payment screen wouldn't register my authorization... so the queen of stupid had to keep informing me to solve the problem I just need to rub the card on my shirt , gently insert my card into the card reader over and over and over again... The card reader had no trouble read my card...The problem was the software refused to authorize the purchase despite registering I clicked authorized until after the 15th time I touched authorized.
I don't need dumb advice when the problem is the software on the system messing up... if she truly want to be helpful she should have asked what is the issue instead of assuming with...
