Absolutely unacceptable. (I will preface this by saying the entire staff did not look over the age of 22 so I donāt want young people taking the responsibility for this review as this is geared toward senior management and owners.
I placed an order hours ahead of my pickup time for 6 minis. When I arrived there werenāt instructions for curbside pickup so I called. The y employee who answered my call essentially told me even though Iād pre-ordered and pre-paid Iād have to wait until the 30 people in line were served. I had my one year old son with me hence the thinking ahead to order online and pay for curbside. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside and asked to speak with a manager. I was told they ran out of everything I ordered and they could refund me. I told the manager on duty that wasnāt acceptable and to just give me 6 of whatever they did have. If I hadnāt of went to the counter Iād be there waiting hours for my order I placed online and had already paid for while Susan, Betsy, tim and their 25 friends walked in ordered and were served ahead of me. Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business. Fix this or I will deter everyone I can away from this business. You donāt treat customer who have already paid you for items this way. Edit/Update: the corporate customer service gave me complimentary 6pack to replace what I basically lost. I ordered via the app, curbside pickup again, this time pickup scheduled over my lunch break. The process was much smoother and when I arrived and checked in the exact order Iād placed was on its way out to my car. Much better service. Did they forget the note I asked for? Yes. I hate when they ask how can we fix it, how about free cookies for a year š?!?! What's your policy? I live in Arizona and order these cookies for my niece in Sioux City. After talking to a person at my local Crumbl I found there is a count down system in place, and I understand if you are busy that you could forget to check it. She also said I should be entitled to a free cookie. So what I would like is that this matter be addressed as the worker made a mistake (mistakes happen), an apology and my niece gets a free cookie. Come on Crumbl management step up and do the right thing.

My brother went in to pick them up and said there was 4 girls ahead of him and they all got the mystery cookie, the LAST ONES!! I explained to her that I had placed an online order hours prior and my order should have been set aside, she just shrugged her shoulders and couldnāt have cared less!
