This was my first and last time going to their salon. I called and set up an appointment for touching up my highlights and darkening the rest. I showed the stylist a picture of the look I was going for. I sat there on Saturday from 6pm-9pm. When I got done I didnāt know if I should cry or laugh. I laughed and got upset and was confused on how the final result could be sooo off. Then she asked when we first started if I wanted a hair cut and I said the ends may needed trimming and pretty soon a razor edge scissors was going through my hair. The back part of my hair was black and the hair framing my face was orange, orangish? I looked ridiculous then on top of it the lady working the front counter said she really liked my hair. Iām sure she was just trying to be nice. I was charged $165 for something that I was definitely NOT wanting at all. So I go home and come back the next day (@ 11 am) thinking they can fix it correctly so I showed the same stylist a similar picture stating what I wanted which was pretty cut and dry. She started in again and I thought Iād be out of there by maybe around 230 at the latest. After the second time it was worst then the first time. Then she adamantly thought she could fix it again to no avail by the time I left which was a little after the store closing at 7pm. My hair is not how I wanted it at all. I was tired, hungry and the least they could have done was offered some water and my lower back hurt from sitting in that chair for 7 hours at a time. Good grief, now Iām waiting for the salon manager to call me back š which I will stop in there if I donāt hear from her and no Iām not going back to sit in that chair again to ātryā and fix it. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell here we go. If i could give 0 stars i would. I went in for a men's haircut and beard trim. I should have known in the first five minutes after my head was being bounced around like a basketball it wouldn't end up well. I'll admit the stylist tried but had no clue as to what the hell a men's haircut was. Took 45 minutes to cut my hair and shave a few hairs on my beard. I looked in the mirror when she asked if it was good, and thought are we looking in the same mirror. Seriously it was so bad after the haircut she asked if i wanted gel. Anywhere else im like yes. I look presentable after a long winter, but not this one. I wanted to put my hat on pay and get the heck out of there. So as im sitting in my truck reflecting i'm thinking i need this fixed. I wouldn't give my dog a haircut like i received and send him outside!! That bad honestly. So i decided to do what i should have done and went to cost cutters and pay someone yet again to try and fix the damage done by a supposed quality stylist. And while there i was the butt of jokes for receiving such a messed up haircut. Not sure if any of this is helpful to anyone. But i will be contacting management. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store has no customer service. When they can't easily find something they say we don't have it and the web site is wrong, when they do have it. So I find out that they do have and on the phone one girl said she would put a bottle at the counter. When I go back to pick it up it is not there and they are too busy to go get it out of there shipment. The next day I call and they have the wrong color at the counter and I get the same line that the web site is wrong we don't have that shade and the web site is wrong. When it is a the most universal shade and this a new product and new shipment and web says they have it. If it was out of stock or something the web site would say that. I have found the web site to be accurate. I'm sure that the display was suppose to be out. But they stated that they was to busy to put it out.
I have had it with store this isn't the first time this store customer services sucked. They don't even know there own specials if you aren't a savvy shoppers and call them on it you miss out on deals. I will not go back to this store I don't believe these gals are train very well. I have spent hundreds of dollars there but they just lost my business. Sephora well be my go to store.
