I broke down 15 hrs away from home in Texas. My fuel pump went out on a 2003 suburban and I had no tools or a jack that would lift my truck high enough to drop the gas tank . the employee Chris offered me their loaner tools and a jack to fix my truck on the spot. He only had a few hrs before closing and he said not to worry he will stay open until I'm done with my truck and offered my wife and mother to come into the store to stay out of the heat . I've never met anyone this nice at a auto parts store to give their Saturday to a complete total stranger to fix a vehicle. He also turned down a $50 tip and said he just wanted to make his customers happy with their service and with him knowing he may never see me again it really impressed me !
