They were nice the day I paid and that was it. The day I got braces the woman who placed the brackets and wire places cheek retractors in my mouth. She asked me if I was in pain. I indicate that my lower right jaw is hurting She didnāt do anything to fix it but told me basically donāt touch her sterile field bc it would cause her to have to start again. Iām like why in the world did you ask if I was in pain if you werenāt going to do anything! Her bedside manner is horrible and dismissive the entire time. I frequently indicated I was in pain and my girls ignore game was strong. Iāve had cheek retractors placed before and never felt any pain. I actually had them in the day before bc I got fill ins at the dentist office, which I told her. She asked which teeth. I told her I can look it up on my phone but she wanted to keep going. She hit me with I āshould be fineā š” It would have only taken a minute max! And what does I should be mean bc we could have rescheduled! Finally the braces are on. She ask me if my teeth are hitting at the same spot and I say no. She looks at them and begins to drill. She ask me if my teeth are hitting at the same time. I say no and she hits me with you just need to get used to it and moves on to instructions. Honestly why ask questions if you donāt like the answer! I work in surgery and all my patients are put to sleep and donāt remember me and I would never treat any of them like she did me. Fast forward to yesterday and I am biting and drawing blood and my teeth are still not hitting at the same time. I called and asked to have the braces removed bc I feel itās been placed horribly and now the appointments that were wide open are closed and they want to charge me almost a grand to have probably āspeedyā to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely love Barbieri Orthodontics. The staff is super friendly and professional. Dr. Barbieri is a godsend. My both my sons have had their braces from him and the experience was fantastic. My youngest son who is 14, I was told by Dr. Barbieri would need to have his wisdom teeth removed this summer. Our dentist (the staff) hassled me and would not help me or give me a referral to get them removed. I called Dr. Barbieri's office and explained the situation. They had my son come in within a couple of days to give him a panoramic xray to verify. My dentist wanted to charge me $150. Dr. Barbieri did it for free because he knows what is important, the patient not the money. After the xray he said yes they need to come out. The staff sent all the information over to the place I chose. Within an hour of the visit with Dr. Barbieri, my son had his appointment scheduled to have his wisdom teeth removed. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Barbieri or his staff. The patient ALWAYS comes first. We need more doctors like him and more customer service like his staff provide. You are truly valued there and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSurprisingly stress-free and fun process! I had 2 children that needed braces at the same time. We'd shopped around for some time. Barbieri was unique from the start. The initial consultation process was so easy, thorough and fun for my high schoolers (and me admittedly) we couldn't see ourselves anywhere else. Cheri and Dr. Barbieri felt like family from the start of the process and that has not changed 2 years later. Very warm, genuine and caring people. Flexible and a pleasure to work with. The vibe and energy in the office is just as incredible as the staff and waiting amenities. Who looks forward to orthodontic appointments?!? You will when you chose Barbieri! They use the latest technology and literally "craft" your smile as you go. Super knowledgeable, super competent and it's evident how much everyone LOVES what they do. One of my children recently had their braces removed and we were just in shock and awe. We still talk about how we never would've imagined his teeth and smile to look like they do. Barbieri Orthodontics is a very gifted team and they've been a tremendous blessing to our lives....
