I feel very sad about having witnessed such a poor customer service experience for another customer. Apparently there was a confusion in the order and the employee (or owner, I don’t know) blamed the customer for the issue. The way he treated her was awful that it made me feel so uncomfortable, even though it wasn’t me the one that was arguing with the man. I wish I had recorded the incident to add it to this review. Anyway, I at least can write this review because it really ruined my meal. He told the customer: “Don’t come to my store if you don’t know how to order”. He insisted to the customer that she should pay for something she didn’t want. It is sad to see that he was not willing to lose a sandwich and preferred to lose a customer, well, he has lost more than one, because I am not planning on coming back to that Subway location and risk to be treated that way. By the way, the service was not good. My sandwich was not prepared the way it was supposed to, but I did not care much about it. Also, they were rushing us to order, not very pleasant, but I could pass on that, it was not a big deal for me. Read moreBeen to this location twice - epic fail both times. The touch screen in the drive thru does not work. You'll get frustrated just trying to order. First time there was no sauce on my meatball sub, the bread was stale, sandwich cold. 2nd time, the broken touchscreen completely changed my order. I hit cancel before confirming my order and called for assistance using the button. The window guy had the nerve to tell me they had already made the incorrect sandwich, as if that was my problem?? He had me repeat myself several times trying to order. Soda completely flat. No apology, nothing acknowledging my inconvenience. Rude. Definitely do NOT recommend this location

Read moreHonestly as I came in the main staff member was pretty rude as I was trying to read the menu, ok i moved along…. My sandwich was not made correctly, ok no issue this happens in many places.
The reason for a poor review is that while I’m having lunch someone else apparently got their sandwich made incorrectly as well by the staff. Which led to a very public and loud scene of “mam you have to pay for this” over responses from the patron saying “I didn’t order this”
Ultimately the staff here (same person who was rude when I came in) yelled at the would be patron “do not come to my store if you don’t know how to order”
Sorry subway, you have lost more than one patron today and hopefully this review tells people what they are in for if...
