so when I came in this morning, I was having a stressful day. Although the Starbucks was busy, I was treated very kindly and had great customer service! The employee finn put a smile on my face and really cheered me up.
While I was driving home, someone threw their car out in front of me and I had to brake hard. This caused a drink to go everywhere on my front seat and legs. Since the drink was for someone else, I turned around to get another one. I came in in crying with my legs covered in sticky chocolate, fully prepared to buy another mocha since it was my fault, but when I explained the situation, the girl at the counter assured they could make me another for free. I felt blessed.
Afterwards I was tired so I sat on the floor for a bit (I had been running errands all morning and was on my way home) and the woman came over to let me know they were a bit behind and it may be a wait. But I swear they made it inmediately!! I had never faced kindness like that before in a store.
I really appreciate it and the efforts will never be forgotten! Yall have a great team and great customer service. Thank you for making my drink so fast.

Read moreI live about 20 mins from this location. I don't like the one on church street during the day. the morning crew tends to be rude. I went back to the one on sam ridely since I was heading that way anyway, because the last time I had their coffee the girl who made it made it awesome and perfect! I think with hiring new people all over every location I went it never tasted the quite the same. Went back, it was packed. never ending line at the drive thru. When that happens I rather walk in. Go in order. They were so kind and friendly. everyone was busy yet calm and going at a steady pace. I don't mind waiting bc it's better to make it right the first time vs doing remakes. yes it was taking longer than normal but it was the holiday season. I didn't think much of it. not a big deal. then the manager comes out and goes to each person waiting and acknowledges the long wait time and hands a small gift for being patient. Read moreEvery time I come to this location there is some sort of issue with my order to the point where I have given up completely. If you asked them to remake something correctly they are bothered by it, so at this point I just stopped asking them to fix their mistakes. Today I waited 30 minutes for a Trenta refresher that never came out. When I asked the barista at the counter about it she looked it up and remade a venti and set it on handoff without calling it out and walked away. Not once did she apologize for the wait or the mix up. On another note there is a barista there I believe named Kim who is hands down the rudest and most dismissive barista I have ever encountered. With the time I spend at this location I’ve seen her be dismissive towards plenty of customers. There is a very uncomfortable tension when she is present which is saddening because there’s so many baristas at this who care and are very nice.
