Worst ‘walk-in’ customer service I’ve ever experienced in a design showroom. No one greeted us as we walked in, even though they all stared like we were from outer space. My wife is a designer and I am a GC so we got to work, grabbing samples and comparing colors/textures. Beth walked up to us and without a simple greeting asked, “are you working on a project?” Yes, was our reply and she told us that their designers were too busy and wouldn’t be able to help us for 8 weeks. She leaned over to get a good look at my wife laying samples of flooring and cabinet doors, and acted like we weren’t allowed to touch ‘her samples’. I could go on, but I’d rather be done with...
