Worst health care of my life! I thought I had a broken foot which I needed x-rayed. They never even looked at my foot! They took an xray and wanted me to come back next week to have it read. Told me I could run, hike or whatever I wanted to do on it in the meantime. My blood pressure was incredibly high but they didn't say a thing about it. They would never give me a price quote and the guy who came in never gave me his name or title so he could have been a janitor for the information or lack thereof he gave me. Go elsewhere if you care about your health. The receptionist and xray tech were nice but it was a huge waste of time and money. The X-ray guy said he was going to take my x-rays even though "he should be on lunch" so I guess that was nice of him but it still took close to 3 hours to find out NOTHING! I apparently had left my purse in the room. I called to ask if they had it but they never contacted me back after leaving a message. I called the next week about my x-rays results and she informed me I would need ID to get the results but I told her my wallet was stolen/missing. At that point she informed that they had it!!! AFTER I had my passport cancelled and had to pay $175 for a new one! I had to replace all my credit cards and spend three days in Las Vegas with no ID because these people were too lazy to call me back. I AM FURIOUS!! Multiple appointments here with workers comp. Prepare to lose HOURS or half a day of just waiting. First walk-in, the Dr kept bursting into the room without knocking and then would leave abruptly.

Second Dr. would only see me for 5 minutes max and then I'd leave.

I've had multiple appointments since the first one and the amount of time waiting is the same with or without an appointment. I'm on Dr. 3 now, appointment at 1:30 and its now 4:25p. Its usually so empty so how is it that they still manage to waste hours of time? As I'm writing this, I can hear my Dr talking to another patient while he left me here to "review results" from my CT scan. It's been half an hour since he went to review them, but I can hear him walking around. He hasn't bothered to give me anything for my pain while I wait and just left me here. This place closes at 5.

Edit: HE's sending me home with NOTHING. I had a head injury and thats the reason why I've been coming here and they're sending me home from this appointment with nothing.

Update: another appointment and the Dr bursts in without knocking then leaves claiming it was the wrong room, without apologising. I've been here for 2 and a half hours and the people coming in after me are being attended to first. I can't return to work after the appointment because they take so long to attend to...

I'm writing this review while waiting 5+ hours in my car with my 2 children. The office staff is very unprofessional and make it apparent that they do not care about you. Advised it is at the discretion of Dr when my kids will be seen. Asked if we could home and wait because we were advised it would be a 3-4wait, I was told no because if they call and we dont come in we lose our spot. There organization system on how they treat and handle care of patients needs an EXTREME over haul STAT! I should note we have not seen the doctor yet but since they just locked the doors and switched the sign to "closed" doesn't make us feel any better. Office staff is leaving the building and no one has called to advise of anything except that they DO know we are in the car waiting. Unfortunately we are stuck because leaving and driving to the local ER would just put is in contact with more cooties than my kids need to be exposed to!!
