My appointment was at 7:00. I got there at 6:50. I waited until 7:10 to get into the room. I saw they were busy so I was under the impression they were cleaning the room. When I got into the room it was obvious it was not cleaned from before. The person before me lipstick and make up was all over the table. I asked them to fix it and they just fixed it without apologizing (so I guess this is normal for them). Even when they changed the sheet they did not change the blanket that they used on the prior patient. Therefore the blanket they used to massage was used on me and the prior patient.

The massage started at 7:15. After the massage I went to tip the massage therapist and they instantly started to laugh and speaking Chinese to each other in a way that was making fun of me.The man who massaged me stormed off. This being my first massage I was confused why so I asked if there was a problem. They stated that you didn’t tip the normal amount. Not knowing what the normal amount was I asked them what they expected. It was a 3 dollars difference. They humiliated me and made me feel terrible over 3 dollars. I gave them the 3 dollars but the whole effect of the massage went out the window after the way they made me feel.

They were unprofessionalism and not clean and I was offered a free massage for their unprofessionalism but I rather take my business where it’s appreciated. Saw a Groupon for a couples massage at this location and, after seeing many positive reviews, decided to try it out. Called to set up the appointment over a week ahead of time, arranged babysitting for our kids, and made sure my husband had the day off. It was supposed to be a surprise for his birthday. When we arrived I noticed an odor of cigarettes but the worst part was the man there had no record of our appointment, and I am sure he was the person I had spoken to on the phone as I recognized his voice. He told us to come back in two hours. Well, I have a nursing infant and am not able to leave them for many hours on end, we also do not live very close and it would have been a 40 minute drive each way. Then he told us to come back the next day but my husband would be working 10 hour shifts for the next week and doesn’t often have free days for things like this. I went to a lot of trouble to set it up and keep it a surprise only to have it ruined because they didn’t write down a simple appointment.
