Was at Kmart..,...compared to the old Pleasantville one? unbelievably clean,organized, wasn't crowded at all store was great... however primarily went for a return(w receipt) the woman at the customer service desk was so involved talking to a coworker that my mother who was returning the item wasn't acknowledged at all!!! No hi,how are you? Nothing....she processed the return and rudely held her hand out for the receipt...when done ..no thank you no have a great day/holiday.....my mother had to actually ask.."am I finished?" I planned on shopping ,instead I did minimum stocking stuffers..if the "customer service rep" can't even greet and be polite id rather not shop there.....I ended up in same area and spent over 500 bucks .. hopefully this can be corrected..a few others have mentioned same issues.. CUSTOMER SERVICE shouldn't have a rude person to handle that...
Read moreIt's got literally everything you need. Target, PetSmart, liquor store with a great bar, and the best thrift store of all time. Also a great store for people who work outside and right behind you, the best acme of all time! If you can't find it here, you probably don't need it.
Actually, if they added a great nail salon and moved the custard hut into this parking lot, I would leave Philly and move to the development...
