They don’t respond to criticism or feedback very well. Instead of addressing my complaints in a previous comment, the shop owner accused me of lying and asserted that I have never even shopped at the store (I’m confused how he can make that claim, as though he knows the first and last names of every customer). Popped in on a few occasions to buy coconut coals for my incense burner and a few things for my hookah that had been in storage for so long. The guy here is nice and helpful. There is a good selection of hookah tobacco and all things related. It's a CBD shop also. I'm not into that, so it can't speak much to that at all.
