This is mostly a nice place however customer service. Can be either really awesome or just flat out mean today for instance I was being helped by a nice young man extremly helpful and really knoledgable so I was living with a very :)... but when I came to the cashier the light was on but she seemed to be doing some type of paperwork so I was trying to be polite and ask her if she was open She immediately look up at her light And shok her head as in telling me can you see!!!! Sorry proceeded to hurt cashier station and she said kMart time I'm not sure if she said that to make me feel dumber trashy or something so I ask her what is that supposed to mean she just said whenever I do clothes I feel like I'm working at K mart She did not seem to be happy to help me she wasn't very helpful when it came time to pay I asked her what do I do with the card she gave me a point in finger to the direction of the debit card reader Do what I respond that what I had was a store credit card she took that out of my hand and put it aside did not say anything She was really rude and I don't know why maybe she didn't like me because for whatever reason But if you are working for a company helping public You should tell the rules are less pretend After all we pay...
Read moreTerrible, explicitly disrespectful service. I recently made a quick stop with my wife and two children at the Sonoma Friedmans. We had a few products in hand and approached a checkout line... I asked the blonde, 55 ish lady there if she was open for checkout....she had been neatening up her station but she said ’i think so’. We put our items on the counter, and she continued cleaning. Another checker was staring at her with a look like ‘what the heck are you doing?’ I hate seeing my wife and daughters disrespected in public. My wife and I went to the other checker and left. I will be sending a letter and making some calls. we were on our way out but I mentioned the poor treatment to another staffer, who pretty much blew me off too. Not only you cannot see the merchandise, except in the abstract, no prices or actual individual products are visable, only fuzzy pictures. However much Friedmans paid for this, they were ripped off!. We have heard for years how product cost and availability will be "coming soon". But nothing. At least they now have an employee that actually knows electrical from experience in the Electrical Department. We are driving past your location to go to Home Depot in Napa, because its all on the web. Lots of product info, prices, availability. Same products, same prices. Plus, we can order $45 worth of products and have them shipped free! So friedmans in an emergency, HD for efficiency. If I have to go to another store to complete my purchase, I will buy it all there. All this lands directly on Bill Friedman's desk. UPDATE!! 4 YEARS LATER, STILL NOTHING!!! ...
