The Bar at MacArthur — Restaurant in Sonoma

Stopped by for the cocktails. Okay cocktails and decent environment. One of the few places open after 9pm when searching after a show. Service needs some work, wife and I sat at the bar for over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. No one else waiting and two bartenders working, with only two other guest at countertop that were already served. Ordered a Minden Mile which menu calls for a Kings cube ice 🧊, it was served in regular ice $17. When I asked if they ran out, I was told it was an extra charge, I promptly replied that it was included in the menu. Bartender then said, “must be new” 🤷🏽. Intimate and cozy atmosphere with a great energy- the Bar felt like the spot to be. Our group were wowed by the Old Fashioned, the Manhattan and the modern spin on a margarita.
