Subway — Restaurant in Sonoma

Finally met the guy with the bad attitude I heard old ladies talking about. Words can not describe how rude and bad this guy is. I have no words. It’s like he is trying to make a prank show out of being the worlds worst sandwich maker. There was a young girl in front of me who had been waiting at least 10minutes patiently, only for him to literally throw her sandwich in the toaster so Carelessly that all the ingredients came out (check your oven) and she left empty handed with no apology just like the girl before her. I also left empty handed and extremely agrivated at this guys attitude and service, it’s complete disrespect.All your ingredients have been cross contaminated, he was throwing steak at the Sandwiches so hard it was ending up in the chicken pot etc) Hands down longest wait I have ever had, only for 4+ customers (everyone inside) walked out disgusted & empty handed. The guy needs to lose his job or somebody is going to...

The kid making sandwiches on Friday the 29th of June was rude, sloppy and slow. He spent most of the time we were there in the bathroom. He had earphones in while working the counter and was snappy when I had to repeat myself while giving my order. I wont be coming back if he remains an employee . Usually have good things to say, but not today Edit: new employees, much nicer all around....

Went to subway today... experienced something very unprofessional. The girl in the glasses was a little rude also was on the phone while making the sandwiches. 👎🏼 Leave the gossip for after work and focus on providing excellent customer service. Other than that the gentleman in the glasses was awesome! Quickly stepped in while the girl went to the back to continue her cell phone...
