I suffered multiple injuries in an accident a few years back and have dealt with chronic pain ever since. I’m a big fan of Sonoma Cryo. I recently completed a cross country road trip and one of the first places I visited when I got home was Sonoma Cryo. I went in for the NormaTec Compression and the Aqua Roll. After 60 minutes relaxing in the Normatec Compression boots, and 20 minutes in the Aqua Roll, I felt a deep relief in my thighs, calves, and feet. I booked the 30 minute infrared sauna with red light. It felt so good. I liked that I had my own sauna and did not have to share. There's a private area to dress and undress which is great. They provide plenty of towels for you, and goggles for the red light. Since there isn't a shower there they offer you a body wipe to use after. I have only gone two times so I can't say for sure if it is helping my joint pain but it seems like it is. The staff has been very nice and friendly and it's nice and quiet and peaceful there.
