Tony is great! I brought in my 2015 laptop which I had misplaced for 3.5 years before finally finding it. It needed a reboot for me to be able to turn it on and use it, which he did, then he updated me to the latest version of Windows 10, took everything off my old (failing) hard drive, put it all on a solid state drive, and installed the new drive, all for a reasonable price.
