I was recommended by my friend because she had got a such a good hair style and she told me it was only 45 dollars so I wanted to give it a try and I went there they were super nice they asked me if I wanted any kind of beverage and it my hair was washed very well. I had asked for a layer cut and she did what I said and style it but even after styling it I could barely see the layer but didn’t wanted to say anything because i don’t really like complaining on front of people because I feel like it makes them feel bad. She told me that it would have looked better if my hair was little shorter and I said can you make it shorter now then she said we don’t have time. I was fine didn’t say anything. Then I went to pay and it said 75 dollars like I had booked because it said 45 dollars in the website and my friend also only paid 45 dollars then they told me there is level of hair stylist my hair stylist was level 2. I was literally shocked because they should have told me that before like i didn’t got what i asked for. My hair is literally the same no change my 75 dollars was wasted. I just wish i could get my money back like it didn’t worth it. I do not recommend this place. It’s just very frustrating when you pay so much money and don’t even get what you ask her. Don't waste your money. I got a cut/style, and a color highlight here. Both times were not worth the steep price and I've had better for much less. The cut I felt especially rushed because the stylist had moved my appt up 15 minutes from the time I scheduled and received confirmation for, and told no one, including me when she called to confirm. I had to show them the confirmation email because they were like no, I'm right, you're wrong. Also the cut was surprisingly much shorter than I asked for, but I decided to just smile through it. I came back for my color appt, some simple highlights and lowlights to update my grown-out highlights. The whole point of which was to blend into my roots. But the when I saw the reveal the girl who is their main colorist had kept the grow out line the same! Yes the same. So I still have well over an inch and a half of roots that will be way grown out by the time I get another service, plus I don't want to reprocess my hair right away either. When I said, "you didn't get anywhere near my scalp, the grow out line is just as harsh as it was, and not even moved up" the stylist waved over a buddy and they summarily ignored it and did the whole "oh it looks great now get outta here" thing. I did go to this salon because I did read the reviews and for other recomendaciones… info the appointment go in and first thing “the stylists” have a very shaking hands, then I try to trust show what I want in y hair and it was a disaster my hair look like a old used broom… then I ask for a fix they take me to other “stylist” trying to fix the mistake of the other one and the first thing that she says to me is; next time you come you have to ask for a stylist 😒😒😒 what I thought I’m here in this place that is no cheap at all, that I have to ask for stylist???
