Would be nice to be able to use the restroom while shopping if I need to. I shop here often and ANYTIME I've asked to use the bathroom its a different excuse. Ive heard "its out of order", "we don't have one", "sorry you cant" with no explanation, and today the excuse was "it hasn't been cleaned so you can't use it". I'm highly disappointed with the way the management handled a situation. Aalyiah was rude about something that was neither of our faults, but rather than her being understanding she was rude. To make it worse... rather than going to fix the problem she calls someone and explains how she isn't in the wrong, right next to me in the store. So if you want help...
