my husband and i found ourselves with a serious sewer block which led to our downstairs flooding in sewer water . We called servpro and within the hour they were out to assess the damage on a Saturday!! Once they saw it was sewer water they immediately began ripping carpet and shoe molding out that had come in to contact with the sewer water ! They sprayed the appropriate chemicals to clean the bacteria up and installed fans and dehumidifiers to dry the floor!! The company was in constant contact with us throughout the next several days while the fans dried the floor out !!!! Since they are a start to finish company we used them for all repairs having this as an option was amazing that meant one less company I would have to go through ! Taylor dealt with all my insurance claim paperwork which was another blessing that was one less thing I had to deal with! This company went above and beyond to help us through a terrible time!
