Starbucks — Restaurant in California

I have been to many Starbucks, but I have never had such bad experience with the service. One female staff who took my order was rude. I read off from my phone with a drink that I wanted to place: "I would like a venti iced milk with..." she already interrupted me and asked with such an attitude (as if she is my boss) and saying: "how about you just show me your phone." I do not appreciate that attitude. She could have asked more politely if she could not understand me clearly. When later I need to use the restroom, I asked another female staff that what was the code for restroom. She said it pretty fast and I asked her again, and she showed so much impatience.

Oh waw, I was wondering if I am still in the starbucks? I have always had great experience with the Starbucks staff (friendly, attentive, and welcome). I’ve been trying to call the past three weeks to talk to a manager to report an issue I’ve seen but nobody takes my call. Also I’ve seen a lady called Diana scream at her employers calling them trash, worthless, smelly and rude. I’ve also seen a customer behave rudely to one of your employees and throw them bags of coffee and you guys still did nothing; I go and sit in my car and I see how you guys still let that customer come in after the way he treated your employees. This place is very toxic. The managers or whatever you want to call them are untrained. I sit in my car and see they let older men sit outside the restaurant & drink alcohol while children come outside of school. You guys call that safe? This store should be closed down since no one in that store does...

Good vibes is everything to me, when I get my salted caramel cream cold brew and a southwest veggie wrap all I feel is good vibes. Starbucks promotes good vibes. Right now it's not about speed, its about quality. I dont want my food and drink fast I want my meal made safe and protected. If you want to eat healthy and stay safe eat at starbucks. They never cut corners to get a meal out quick. Everyone at Starbucks is always happy. I want a positive person making my meal. We need to live smart to care for our families.
