If I could give a zero, I would have. We ordered our order by phone and was told to pick up the order in 30 minutes. My husband went to pick up the order and it wasn't ready. He had to wait another full hour for the order. We live 5 minutes from the place and when he got home, the food was cold. Plus all our burgers were pink inside when I asked for well done. Yet the receipt stated no pink. Plus all the burgers were missing ingredients or had ingredients we asked not to put on. I called 2 times to let them know, they hung up 2 times without knowing what the issue was. When I finally got through I asked for a manager, was put on hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes and no one picking up, we decided to drive to the restaurant. There was about 30 angry customers waiting and I went to the door and asked for a manager. Explained that I had been on hold for a long period of time. The girl had attitude saying she knew but they were really busy and short staffed and that the manager would get to the call once she could. Waited another 5 minutes outside while still on hold on the phone. Of course at this time I am upset and walk in telling the same person I can't wait any longer. Read moreI placed my order at 4:26pm on 05/10/2020 and had it schedule it for a pick up at 7:15 pm. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager kayla m williamson, and confirmed the pick up time for 7:15 pm. When my wife went there to pick up the order they have no clue about the order.. she was told to wait in the car and said will bring the order out in 10 mins. after waiting for 20 mins she went in to inquire about the status of the order and she was told the order was not ready and will have to wait an hour and half since they did not had the order ready and now will cook at the end after all other orders were made.she asked to talk to kayla who was extremely rude and arrogant and said she cannot do anything but cancel the order and refund my money. my wife c alled me and i tried to talk to her and she hung up on me. my wife and my kids had to stay hungry for another until i got home with taco bell for them.. this is extremely bad service on your part and i would definitely not recommend recommend you to anyone.... you call yourself a family restaurant but this is worst then a street joint..... my kids love your food and we go there every other week... i am sure not to take them ever...
Read moreI happen to be going in with my dad and my girlfriend. Were inside and I ask for a crown royal and coke. They ask for ID. Which I happily give over. I grew up here but go to college in Florida, hence I have a Florida drivers license. I'm 22 fyi. After saying they were going to compare it to their book, they come back saying they need to see a 2nd ID. I told them ill grab my passport. I was informed that would not be acceptable. Has to be a bank card of some sort. So I go to my car grab 4 debit/credit cards and my passport. When I come back inside it seems like the manager is interrogating my girlfriend. Asking where we live, work, etc. Once I show them the new ID's, which a different server exclaimed "oh a passport is perfect" he was also the one who pointed out my original drivers license had the holagraphics it should. I was spoken to a little more gently and brought my drink and had good service throughout the rest of the stay. It was very bothersome though, how quickly they became aggressive and interogative.
