Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in South Elgin

Went for dinner and they had been a little busy but nothing insane. No big games going on or anything. My boyfriend and I sat there for almost 20 minutes before somebody even said hello to us. I was at the point of asking one of the 3 waitresses who kept walking past our table if we could get some service. (I worked customer service over 10 years so it takes a lot for me to say anything even slightly rude). A server from a different section (who seemed crazy busy and I saw running around a lot) FINALLY asked if we had been helped. When I say the 3 women just kept walking past us as if we had a table full of food already. They helped the table behind us, next to us, to the side of us but just kept walking past us. Maybe it was unclear who was supposed to take care of our table but for no reason should we have sat for 20 minutes. They had 4 servers in that section walking around. They had to walk past our table to get to a little closet area that seem to have the pos system in it. So it wasn’t like we had been shoved in some dark little section where you couldn’t see us. We left a nice tip for the guy who helped us and he was amazing. Quality of service has gone down a lot over the years. The food was ok but my wings didn’t come out hot, couldn’t send it back because it took for ever to come out. At that point we had been there over an hour. Really hoping for a good turn around because this is the only Bdubs...

Always a good time with excellent food! They are under staffed due to the pandemic but they are doing an awesome job keeping up with the demand.

When dining in, we've consistently enjoyed flavorful meals served with attentive and friendly service. However, our experience with takeout orders has been a bit inconsistent. Despite the fantastic value, we've encountered recurring issues such as missing items like kid's meal drinks or extra sauce we've paid for, which can be frustrating.

Nonetheless, we appreciate the efforts of the staff and the quality of the food remains undeniable. It's just a matter of ensuring that takeout orders match the high standards we've come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings.

I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday. I walked in to grab my order and they showed it to me but I was a little confused about it, I went out to my car because they were really busy and decided to check my order. When I started looking through my order I realize that I was missing about half of my things and the other half were not the way I wanted them to be. I called and specified how I wanted my order, there was just one group of wings that I wanted sauce on the side, they ended up giving me no sauce at all on any of my wings. And they just gave me side of sauces for every single one. The way they reacted to my complaint was pretty mean. And then the manager came out and she ended up fixing my order or so she said, I came back outside and once again there was a couple things that were wrong. I was tired of complaining so I just left. They didn't even have any silverware, or napkins to provide for me either. This is the second time this happens in this location. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, it is my favorite place to buy Wings.
