Is unbelievable that today I went to purchase and the manager charge my things...when he was running the things I purchased and I was looking at my total...I realized it was too high..I ask if that was my total and he said yes..it was $250 + but the things I had were not even that high of price so I knew it was wrong...I ask him to double check and he realized he had charge me for 1 item more than 6 times...he deleted the items and continue to charge the other things...finally I paid and when I got my receipt I realized he had over charged me $30 I told him and he apologized but gave me store credit..I got upset because it was he's mistake...why I got store credit when the mistake was he's...I understand if someone is returning something is ok for store credit but in this case he made the mistake and they over charge me..why give me store credit when the mistake was the...

ALMA the manager was so rude, I waited in line for a return there was aproximately 15 people infront of me (i was never told to get in the return line or that there was a return line) and when i get to the register i tell the girl im sorry i didnt know there was a return line, so Alma was like the return line is on that side and you have to go to the end of the line. I even asked if i can just wait to be next because i had already waited in line for so long about 30 to 40 minutes but no she sent me to the back of the line. (Obviously i had to wait i had to exchange what i took)There was like 5 people waiting so i had to wait.(another 15 minutes) What kind of management skills are those??? I would give it a 5 since I've been coming to this place over 5 years but today I saw something that I couldn't stand one of your cashier's a petite young girl with a tattoo of skull hand on her left hand rudely yell at 2 lady's a bit older maybe seniors. She proceeded to disrespectfully tell at them and the lady's both stood shocked because after the cashier just ignored them and proceeded to say next to have another customer come forward. Then she said more rude things and another worker with glasses told her don't ruin your day over them to the cashier. If you have a customer service job make sure you know how to have people skills this is not acceptable you need to rethink the people you hire at...
