L.A Inflatables Rental — Local services in South Gate

I would not recommend this company. We found them because we had a weird theme for my Halloween loving sons. I found they had a great pumpkin bounce house and decided to rent it. While booking I decided to add on a “giant jenga set” and snow cone machine because I thought the kids would enjoy it. When they showed up to set up the bounce house I didn’t even notice the jenga set till after they left. It was in a small tote bag that I believed was stuff for the snow cone machine. I went looking for where they put the jenga set and was very disappointed to find out it was just small, cheap wooden blocks. When I reached out to them the awful customer service woman, Miriam, shortly said that they couldn’t refund me or take the jenga set back once it was delivered. I emailed them within 5 MINUTES of seeing the dinky thing. We didn’t even get to use it as it was too small to have around our young kids. After saying I was unhappy to Miriam, she simply stopped responding to me. Professional, huh? The remote they gave us to control the bounce house also didn’t work which was frustrating.

The worst part of all is that they are unorganized and didn’t keep their specified pick up time as promised. They said it’d be $50 to move the pick up time from 7-9pm to 8-9am. I have the email that specifies that time. So I gave them the extra $50 and the delivery driver said they’d see us the next morning. I told my kids they’d be able to bounce again in the morning and they were so excited! Well, the delivery people showed up without a warning at 9:30pm to take it. My kids were so sad when they woke up early this morning and it was gone.

This is the first time in 6 years of being parents that we are disappointed in a birthday party vendor. They are rude & unprofessional. Their equipment isn’t in great condition and they will nickle and dime you on every little thing. They are obviously a company who cares more about their bottom line than customer satisfaction. I won’t be using them again and will tell our friends and family to steer...

If I can give no stars I would. The lady on the phone is very rude and disrespectful. They called me and gave me a window between 8am -9am I been at the place where they suppose to deliver the jumper too since 7:30am to make sure that I was here on time. Only to call them and ask was the delivery driver in route to my location as it was already 8:48 am to be told that they won’t be here till about 9:30 AM no communication no nothing did not call me to let me know that there was not gonna be here at the time that the lady called me last night and said that they would arrive here on top of that she was very rude and nasty I even tipped online when I purchased the reservation for the jumper she’s going to tell me it does not matter that’s not the point so what is the point. I do not recommend this place for nobody doing a kids birthday party any need for a jumper in fact there is another jumper place that I will post in my next review for you to call that is more cheaper efficient and on time when they supposed to and don’t charge for extra delivery times and pick up times and all this extra prices so the next time you looking to rent a jumper do not go to LA inflatable rental. I got a birthday party for my daughter to finish setting up and have to go pick up cake and everything else when all they had to do was call and communicate and let me know the driver was running late that’s it a simple phone call but they did it I had to call on my own and find out not great customer...

I have rented from L.A. Inflatables for several years now for my kids birthdays and I cant say enough about the customer service and their product. The kids always say it the best birthday ever when they have one of L.A Inflatables rentals. We normally rent the water slides and the kids are playing nonstop on them until they are picked up. The company has been so kind and given them a few hours over rental time as well which is such a treat. We are fans and will continue to rent from them. Even the adults have gotten in on the fun!!!!
