Disappointing customer service and misleading business practices. I called to order a 9-piece outdoor furniture set, specifically requesting partial assembly. After agreeing on the price and a $45 delivery fee (which was explicitly for delivery of the furniture), they called back to say only 2 pieces would be assembled. This was a significant change from our original agreement and did not meet my needs, so I cancelled the order. Despite never receiving the furniture, they refused to refund my $45 delivery fee, citing that their van was already loaded. This reasoning felt irrelevant and unfair, as the cancellation was due to their error, not mine. While the $45 isn't a major loss, their lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify the situation left a bad impression. I had considered making future purchases, but this experience has made me hesitant to do business...

Very happy with our patio set! The quality is as great as the pricing and the service! We were able to go see the pieces in person and ended up changing our minds for a different set after seeing it. We reached out to see if they carried patio umbrellas and we were able to come back for it as well. Highly recommend and will happily return for more...

Love this outdoor couch got it in blue to match with the pool and paint job ! Very sturdy good materials used for cushions and chairs and he was super helpful answered our texts/calls when we had questions with assembly :) once you put together 1 of chairs all of them as assembled the same so it made it easy to do !!!
