Absolutely the worst customer service. You cannot get through because they have the guy under your car answering the phone. They couldn’t even fix the ambient light issue I was having and then after billing my insurance company saying it was completed, he tells me to take the car somewhere else? Like please be aware of shady places. They even billed my insurance for a new touchpad for my infotainment system that they never installed and that I didn’t even need. They couldn’t even figure out how to change the door handle light on my Mercedes Benz E300. It took them two attempts on different occasions for a door handle light!!! If you have a nice car my suggestion would definitely be to try another place first. I really wish I never let this place touch my car. My ambient light used to turn on and off before. Within minutes of the repair it got worse and now won’t even work. When I asked about the broken clips I found on the floor of my car they said it was probably off the old unit!!! Video footage included. I Definitely have a feeling of remorse for choosing this place. I can’t believe my insurance recommended a place that I genuinely can’t trust like this one. If you are a true car enthusiast, a perfectionist that really loves his vehicle then I'd recomand this speed shop . The head technicians with incredible knowledge are Moe , Pedro & Anthony always thinking outside the box to suit my needs & demands on the highest level. I'm in a middle of a major project on my F10 M5 with major bolt on upgrades including rod bearing ,their custom tune , down pipes along with full external cosmetic changes such as front lip , side skirt , machine finished 2 tone rims among multiple other upgrades . Their price is reasonable , their work gets done with timely mannered , they let me understand prior to the project what they are going to do & how they are going to do. Bottom line I'm happy overall, I would recommend any car fanatic that seriously wants to do major modifications or ppl. that just want to do a few minor things to their cars simply consult with Moe & Pedro , they will simply do you right . I would recommend all my family , friends & simply automobile lovers to get their high end work at Broadway Performance . Thanks...

Was recommended to this place by a friend. Def should have checked out an asked for direct prices upfront. At first I was told it was gonna be 1800. Just for basics spark plug change and oil seal. Mind you I bought my own parts. Then I was told I needed more work and it approved it to get done. I told him I would get the parts and he said he got them took 2 weeks to get the job done and Ended up being 4200. Dude is not upfront and honest. Problem is he charged an extra 800 on parts. The guy I dealt with name was P. When I was paying him he seemed nervous and knew he trying to make a come up. Will never bring my car back there and to everyone who reads this please avoid. Don’t be fooled by the nice cars in there. They were there when I got there and still being worked on when I left. I have left my invoice and the parts actual cost so you can see he charged me an extra 800. I just got the car back so if any problems come up...
