Burger King — Restaurant in South Hackensack

I will be writing a bad review until someone responds, this morning I went for breakfast as I do every Sunday before swim class. Today I saw the Spanish lady with the bad and missing teeth (Amaleia) make a coffee I assumed was hers because after she stirred it with a spoon. She put the spoon in her mouth to clean it off but put it back in the coffee 2 times to make sure it was good. She looked over and saw me in the drive through window and smiled. I thought nothing of it until she went and gave it to the person that ordered it, then she walked the opposite way into the back. I immediately spoke to the other female there (Arayliea) and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said there wasn't one at work yet.. I asked for both of there names and she told me without suspicion... I needed this to get out because this is freaking disgusting. I never get coffee or tea but I'm sure many people do and this is just to disturbing not to...

If I could give -10 stars I would it seems every time my husband I come to this location either the general manager has a disgusting attitude with the employees AND with the customers or the food is wrong and of cold. This time in particular we went through the drive thru and went to pay with a 50 dollar bill because the only cash we had at the moment but my husband handed it to the young kid in the drive thru window with a giddy expression when my husband looked away I seen the nasty smirk the kid gave him which is completely unacceptable seeing as he did nothing wrong, so the kid got the manager and even the manager! Had a attitude and shoved the bag and food in my husbands hand and closed the window immeadiatly. This place is terrible and if you can...

I ordered a 10 piece spicy chicken nugget at the drive-thru window with the price being $1.79 or something. When I checked my credit card subsequent to the purchase, the charge amounted to $24.48. I spoke to the manager (Mohammad?) 2 or 3 times during the following week with the promise of he was going to investigate it, but he never did and I never even received so much as a return call - so much for customer service. Would never go to this location again, nor will my fellow colleges who I informed of the incident as we are a company of 150+ just around the corner! Bottom line is not only did I receive absolutely poor service, but the staff/manager at Burger King in essence stole from me by overcharging me by a factor of 10! ...
