If I could rate lower I would. I came here to get my daughter's dress and a package that came with everything for her 15. About 1700 dollars. I thought it was a great deal. For over a month the lady that worked there gave me the run around and said that my stuff would be done and never was. I live a hour away so having to drive that far to hear she didnt get around to it was frustrating. Finally I got ther while their boss was there. And told him what was going on. I told him that she lied to us about a few things. I recieved my stuff but it looked terrible. Glue everywhere and her champagne bottle wasn't even her colors. I will never go back here again. I don't complain ever but if you spend a thousand dollars on a package it should look great. I don't recommend to anyone to buy the package it's cheap looking. And they didn't even try to fix it. Last but not least, when I went to pick up her jewelry set the lady told me oh we don't have your colors you have to choose one of these. Why would I pay for something that you don't have so I asked if I could exchange for something else 2 ladies there said yes. Once i told them I wanted the money box all was okay she said give her a week. So I go yesterday for all of that stuff and her boss said they don't do that. Plus she never had it ready. I always go to reviews before buying. Like I said I never complain but this is the worst customer service I've ever had. Dont spend your money here. Fair warning right now. I went here because of the reviews. I'm not sure if they are reviews from them or if it's old reviews but DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE....

BAD Costumer service!!! This asian guy literally just said "So what are you doing? Just trying on dresses with no intentions of buying?" That seemed very disrespectful to us, but I still tried to be polite and said "Well, she (my sister) just wants to find a dress that she actually likes and feels comfortable with before buying it." But before I could even finish the sentence he was already walking away and just completely ignored me. My sister had to go in to work at 5 and we were 30mins away from her job, so we only had time to try on 3 dresses, and wanted to come back tomorrow to look at more, as well as their catalog but this is the very FIRST AND LAST TIME WE STEP INTO THIS...

Went with my mom to order a dress for her to wear to my wedding. They measured her, suggested a size and we decided to go one size up to be safe. When we got the dress, it did not fit. They suggested that we try to let it out, it was still too tight. Now they are saying that there is nothing that they can do because they let it out. We are out over $300.00 and had to go elsewhere to purchase another dress. Do not waste your time...
