I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to my worst enemy! If I could put negative 5 I would!!!! I purchased a Kia Optima 2012 .... 12/12/2018 within that same month the car broke down on me on the freeway . I was told I purchased as is so I got the repairs done (alternator) . Not to mention when I got it fixed the battery that was in my car at time of purchase was too small and was apparently a battery for a BOAT! So I replaced the battery....in about 1/2 months later the car broke down on me again while I was out . I towed it to the lot and they had it for a week and did whatever repairs but never would tell me what was needed or show any paper work. While waiting for my car they allowed me to use another car on the lot which btw broke down on me as well I had to get jumps the whole ride back to return it .... my car was “fixed” however the engine light was still on and my car wasn’t driving normal at all . I decided to go get an oil change and they told me they’re unable to change my oil because of the condition of my oil line and oil pan ... a few work days later (May of 2019) my car broke down AGAIN! I contacted them and I begin to get the run around via (Maribel) , “owners aren’t in , waiting on response” “I’m just the front desk I can’t help with that ....” “I can’t give you their numbers, I told them to call you but I can’t make them call you” just a bunch of bs I decided to take it to a mechanic by myself because I needed my car ASAP . Repairs totaled at $900 and apparently there was an major oil leak that was leaking all over my engine in which this was something they HAD TO see when they took my car in and claim to have done repairs! June 2019 my brakes went out I repaired that and repair my routers as well cause it was over a year due time for change! (Changed no issue) July 2019 car breaks down again starter is out paid $275 for replacement of starter just to find out The engine is locked up! And he says this was issues all prior to me having the car because based on the time I had got my oil line and pan fixed it was already a previous problem that was given a “small easy solution” I’m basically out of a vehicle now . I put 1800 down and paid $400 every month ON TIME!!!!! kept my FULL COVERAGE insurance up to date!!!!! All while trying to help them fix a...

I put down 1650$ on a car. Immediately after purchasing the car I started seeing problems. I emailed them and at first received little help. When they finally did help, their solution was to send me to Ford dealers who also did not help. I returned the car in the same condition I received it in. I was not a bad customer ( my payments were full and on time and my insurance was up to date). Since returning the car, I have requested atleast a partial refund from my down payment. Each time I have not been responded to. When asked to speak with the manager I am told “ I can not give you his number “ or “he will not be in until so and so time.” In which I will call back and he still isn’t in. Was recommended this place by a friend I went and had to put a big down payment for 2019 impala had messed up tint messed up paint job ran alright it was going good then i was 2 1/2 weeks late on a payment they doubled it for no reason they just want your money my car had gotten repossessed and I was just shocked at that point because that was quick like come on now , I had to wait to see if they’d work with me again so that took a week with no car ended up getting it back $ …. and then fast forward it happened again recently only this time they didn’t want to work with me, & they literally stole money from my car, soaps, car stuff, medicine etc and had nothing to say when it was brought about….
