Subway — Restaurant in South Houston

I don't normally like to leave reviews but I feel like my visit today was sort of ridiculous. There was a promotion to get any footlong for $6.99. I got my normal footlong, the beast, which is normally a pretty big sandwich. I got my mother a tuna sandwich and paid the extra $1.50 for extra meat as I could not get this one with the promo price. I feel like they did the absolute opposite. The beast had way less meat than usual and they put the mayo and honey mustard I asked for in plops in the sandwich, leaving most of it dry. My mom's tuna sandwich, the scoops were placed directly in the middle and she had to spread it herself. It didn't even look like the normal amount of tuna and I paid extra. All the veggies she asked for were correct except they literally put one pickle on each side of the sandwich. I don't know if this is how they do things now, or if it was because I used a promo code. I recently visited Subway and had a great experience! The restaurant was clean, the staff Eveny was very friendly, and everything looked fresh and well organized. I loved being able to customize my sandwich exactly how I wanted it — the vegetables were crisp, the bread was soft and warm, and the meat was perfectly portioned.

The service was quick, and the team made sure everything was just right. I also appreciate how consistent Subway is — whether I stop in for lunch or grab dinner on the go, the food always tastes great. Their cookies are a must-try too!

Management needs to do better , you can’t have only one person be a closer, for starters I’m 99% sure against policy because it’s not save for the one employee to be there at night. (As a ex employee ) there is sooo much things you have to do at night and it doesn’t help them when they get a line of people when there about to close.
