I want to start off by saying Mrs.Ruth is such a sweet person. She greeted me as soon as J came into the store and asked if i needed help with anything. I was sent out last minute to look for a guest book for a Quinceanera in black and gold colors. Unfortunately she didn’t have any made already in those colors, then again no other shops did. But Mrs.Ruth went out and beyond right there and she had a gold colored book and she added black flowers and stuff to it to make it the color i needed. Ruthie’s Boutique did an amazing job! I love seeing the many custom items Ruth creates that make a little girl feel special. I wasn’t sure if she would be able to make custom full face masks for a book parade for my sister’s class, but she came through! She made a total of 23, finished them before she said she would, and they look wonderful.
