I'm sad it's taken me so long to have given a review. I have been a client of Leena's for about 7 years. She has been the only lash artist I have gone to except for the time when she closed during the pandemic (huge mistake on my end). But it made me realize that I will never leave again. It's the little things she does in her salon that set her so far apart from others. A lot of lash artists use tape to hold down your bottom lashes & when they pulled it off, it ripped my bottom lashes & made my eyes water. Leena uses eye pads that are cool to the touch & make it so easy to come off. Her bathroom is always stocked so if you need to remove makeup or remove your contacts she provides that for you. At the end of your session, she always provides you with a spoolie to take home & replace your old one. There was a time she was using a new glue & made me aware of it. My eyelashes/eyes were getting a reaction from it, she noticed it before I did & told me she wasn't going to use it on me. It's also nice that she knows my lash cycles & always schedules me accordingly. Besides the amazing job she does on my eyelashes/fills each & every single time (7 years speaks for itself), she genuinely cares about her salon, her clients & her staff. I used a Groupon to get my first set of lashes. This was my first time getting them done so I was unsure of the style. I explained I wanted them semi-natural but noticeable. The lashes ended up looking exactly like when I just use mascara, but when I explained I was hoping for more they did put a few longer ones on. Definitely wish they would've asked more questions about what look I was going for. I have been going back twice a month since January, and finally got the look I wanted (which actually ended up being the volume) However, the past two times I have gone my lashes were falling out at a fast rate. Even on my drive home they were literally just falling on my cheek. I went back two weeks later and explained and we used more glue trying to avoid this issue, but again had many of them falling out. When I called to explain my issues I was told I would have to pay full price for the fill since it had been more then 2 days. Kind of disappointing since while their prices are reasonable, they definitely aren't cheap. I paid $50 for the volume fill and they only stayed full looking for 1-2 days. After a week now they are barely noticeable. Other then this issue the salon is well kept, clean, smells good. The girls that work there are nice. I don’t recommend this place. I asked for a dramatic lash lift and tint, which looked great at first. However, after a day, I woke up with a stye, and two days later, it seemed like I had nothing done. Additionally, my lashes became brittle and started falling out. The solution they offered me was to do it again, which would cause further damage, not to mention the lady sounded very annoyed.

First off, how are you so sure aftercare was not followed? Were you watching me in my own home? Because that is the only way you would actually know. Otherwise, you are just making things up, which is pretty embarrassing. And be for real, why are you lying? None of your staff was harassed because I never even came back to that place. I called, your staff was rude, so I left a review. That is literally what reviews are for, but I guess this business just cannot handle any kind of criticism.
