Disappointing Experience with Contaminated Product and Lack of Customer Service

I recently purchased a meal that included Gatorade from Jersey Mike's, expecting the refreshing and quality beverage this brand is known for. Unfortunately, what I found inside was far from expected—a visible layer of mold and an unsettling white substance floating within the bottle. Concerned for my health and well-being, I immediately contacted the store to report this serious issue, hoping for a responsible and swift action.
To my dismay, the response from the store's staff was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite explaining the severity of the situation, no one seemed willing to address the problem or offer any form of assistance. Not only did this lack of concern for customer safety surprise me, but it also left me questioning the store's commitment to quality and hygiene standards.
I am writing this review not out of spite but in the hope that Jersey Mike's will take this feedback seriously. No customer should have to encounter a potentially hazardous product, nor should they be met with indifference when seeking help from the establishment. I expected a basic level of customer service none of which were forthcoming. I pay over 80 dollars just to go down the toilet. (literally)
I urge Jersey Mike's to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement stricter quality control measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Additionally, training staff to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism would greatly improve the service quality and ensure that customers feel valued and safe.

Read moreJersey Mike's is an overpriced average sandwich shop. The only reason I continued to eat there was out of convenience as it was the closet sandwich shop. However after the terrible experience I had with them I will no longer eat there.
I decided to use the app to place an order for the first time but immediately had a need to cancel it. There was no option online but I finally found a help article online that said you had to call the store.
I tried several times over 20 minutes to contact them and the phone just rang until it eventually just hung up. Finally I gave up and I ended up DRIVING DOWN TO THE STORE to cancel my order. I asked for a manager and while I waited for him to make time for me, I called the store and they didn't even have a phone ringing to answer.
When I told the manager I had been calling to cancel he said "well we've been really busy". To busy to have good customer service? It didn't appear so, there were only three people in line and they had 6 employees at the counter.
The manager then proceeded to clear out the entire line before coming back to cancel my order then insulted me by offering me a free cookie, which I declined. A cookie? Maybe offer the food you had already made for free? Or maybe even an apology. I had no interest in eating any of thier food at that point so the apology would have...

I first visited this location because it is closer to where I live, and I'll keep going back because of the friendliness of the staff, and the pride they all seem to take in creating a culinary masterpiece.
I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars because they always put in an effort of 10 when providing me with a phenomenal dining experience.
-- A bit ago you did away with your Reuben sandwich. I enjoyed that sandwich so much, I ordered about one per week after I first tried it from your establishment. I can absolutely understand if it was not economical for you to keep offering this menu item, but in the event it was merely on a whim that you stopped supplying that delicious concoction, I'd love to see it back.
